Noises Off is a large show in just words--with over 120 pages, it's a big thing to take on. Add a 3,000 pound set and a bout of COVID that takes out the majority of the cast, and it becomes even larger! For this production, the Stage Management team was awarded a KCACTF Certificate of Merit in Stage Management for their exemplary work.

"A farce necessitates lots of slamming doors and falling down, and this production has plenty of both. As the audience takes their seats, they are left to contemplate a multitude of doorways cramming the set, and soon the fast-paced action becomes a dizzying puzzle as we try to remember who went where and anticipate who or what might pop out from behind Door #1 (or #2, or #5, or #8 … or through the windows!)." ~Lisa Purchase Kelly, Eye on the Arts
